The Role:
As a Junior Talent Manager, you’ll work closely with our senior team to support influencer partnerships, campaign delivery, and creator career growth. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about creators, well-organised, commercially minded, and ready to learn.
You’ll play a vital supporting role on both live campaigns and client communications, while developing the confidence to manage a small roster of your own.
Responsibilities:
Talent Support & Campaign Management
Support the management of influencer campaigns from brief to completion
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables for brand partnerships
Maintain up-to-date records of campaign status, deliverables, and payments
Build trusted relationships with creators and act as a go-to contact for admin and logistics
Calendar and diary management for creators and campaigns
Conduct research to support campaigns and identify relevant brand opportunities
Commercial Support & Outreach
Draft and send outreach emails to brands and agencies on behalf of talent
Assist with pitch decks, rate cards, and tracking commercial opportunities
Shadow or join client meetings to gain experience and build confidence
Begin managing a small portfolio of 2–3 creators with clear income goals
Learning & Development
Complete internal training in pricing, pitching, and influencer contracts
Stay on top of creator economy trends, platforms, and commercial benchmarks
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and team knowledge
Internal Contribution
Keep project documents and campaign trackers accurate and up to date
Share weekly progress in team meetings
Requirements
You’ve worked in a talent support role for a minimum of 12 months - ideally as a Talent Assistant or Junior Talent Manager or equivalent internship experience
Understanding of talent rates, contracts, and platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and creators
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Commercially aware - you understand the basics of what makes a campaign successful
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
